VoxReview provides tools for collecting customer feedback, AI-assisted analysis, and operational routing. You are responsible for lawful use of the service in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for account credentials, team access, and data entered into the platform. You must keep integration keys and credentials secure.
3. Billing
Paid plans are subscription-based and renew automatically unless canceled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Price IDs and plan limits are defined in your active subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform for illegal activity, abuse, spam, or unauthorized data collection. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform security or violate law.
